What do you guys think about having a chat room as part of membership services?

yeah sounds like an idea but the time you have none it would bring a community of registered users together to chat and to get to knoweach other and meet up but!! when you can dude

I guess what I meant in our conversation Jason, was that I am waiting for all the Members to frequent the Message board of other Membership Services on a regular basis. I urge all Members to use the Web Calendar or even suggest ideas for the Web Calendar. No one has used it yet. There is an action photo contest every month. Also, I hope Members start contributing to the Newsletter, which will be a Newsletter written ONLY by Members. You can write something as simple as, the kind of music that inspires you to skate, or what you did that afternoon at the rink.
Once tutorials kick in which will be in a week or two, I think more people will sign-up and the Chat room will look more like something of use rather than not.

I was looking at a free php chatroom the other day but there were some problems with the program, such as; anyone could register to the chatroom. When I have the next available moment, I will try to fix this feature and bring the chatroom to Membership services.

The chatroom is a great service and urge members to use it. If you have questions about your skating and need dedicated time to discuss your skating, the chatroom is the best place. Please let me know when you have time to discuss your questions or concerns, and I will set up a time to meet with you in the chatroom.
